Homes Lost In The LA Fires
I have been drawing homes lost in the LA Fires
for over a year now.
And yes, they're free

I started this project because a friend lost her house in the fires.
I was out of work at the time, so I couldn't help their go-fundme, but I knew I could draw a memento of the home lost.
And quickly knew I could do it for other friends, so I made a post on Instagram offering to draw homes for free to any who asked.
What I didn't expect was for the post to go viral and thousands of requests to pour in.
It's been an amazing journey. I've had volunteers help out in the dozens, I've drawn over a thousand homes myself, and many quiet donors buying me pens and paper along the way.
Without donations or support from complete strangers, I wouldn't have been able to continue this massive beautiful project.

Everyone who has donated to this project has kept it up and running, and also helped put food on the table for my little family.

You have purchased hundreds of pens, a plethora of sketchbooks, thousands of art protectors, shipping boards, stiff mailers and so many things I never thought was needed to create a project of this size from scratch.
